Mine came out perfectly. No sticking at all. I used an ungreased non stick pan and I let them cool slightly after pressing the peanut better cups in the cookies. Removed them to a pie plate to finish cooling.

This recipe was great. I added my own spin by adding chicken italian sauasge mixed with some homemade marinara (Alex G. recipe) as another layer before rolling them up. I also used low fat ricotta and added some mozzerella and garlic to the filling. Delish and I will definetly make again!""

I have made Shepherd's Pie before but wanted to try this recipe and I'm glad I did. It was really good. I used ground turkey to save some fat and worried that the turkey may be too bland but the seasonings were right on. The only thing I would do differently is to cut back on the sugar in the onions. It was a little too sweet for me."
