"I made these chops last night and it took alot longer to grill than the recipe says using a grill pan on my gas stove. Even for rare it took at least 3-4 minutes longer and my grill pan is still soaking to get clean. Also, using a regular food processor bowl did not really chop the rosemary very fine. My mini one would have done a better job. Next time I'll just broil them or wait until spring and cook outside. I am Greek and have prepared and eaten lamb my whole life and consider myself a good cook.
