These are absolutely unbelievably delicious!!!!! I have made them 3 times and I am making them again tonight for my Mom's work meeting tomorrow! They are unusual and soooooooooooooo good. I adjusted the time alittle bit because my oven runs a little hot!! Thank you Giada!!!

I really liked these Biscotti except something went wrong with the white chocolate. It melted only for a minute so i could dip the biscotti and then suddenly it started hardening up and it was impossible to dip the biscotti! It really never got melty and smooth! The more I heated it the worse it got. It was complicated! What happened! Someone!

Im not sure what I did wrong. I have re-read the recipe over and over and I did follow it to a "T" but I felt that 2 T of paprika made it WAY to smokey and when I tossed it all together it didn't come out looking shiny and it did not look appetizing.
