"I made this cheesecake a few months ago. I added chocolate chips to the mix and instead of the graham cracker crust, I used shortbread cookies. I made a dark chocolate ganache to the top of the cheesecake...mmm mmm good!! Next time I'll make a turtle cheesecake. The possiblities are endless."

About Me
I made this cheesecake in February, and it was delicious!! I almost ate the whole thing by myself! It was very creamy and baked thick like a restuarant version. I made a chocolate ganache and on top and put chocolate chips in the batter. I also added real shortbread cookies for the crust instead of what the recipe called for.
