"The taste is wonderful, especially when it lingers in your mouth for a while, soft and fragrant. However I never read the reviews before making this recipe. I don't think I'm a great cook at all compared to chefs. However what I cook is usually very good. I don't use a lot of spices because I'm sensitive to salt and don't like the flavor of many spices. BUT I love to bake and my specialty are cookies. For me just reading a recipe I will know if I'm going to like it or not. Don't know what that means exactly. In the professional beauty industry I'm known in certain circles as "The Cookie Lady". I guess that says it all.
