Reviewed Italian Lentil Salad

While this will not become my "go to" salad recipe, it was very tasty. I used French Lentils (1 cup uncooked makes about 3 cups cooked), made the vinagrette as directed and put in 1/2 a chopped red pepper. That was the extent of me following the base recipe. I didn't have the remaining ingredients so put in pine nuts, grape tomatoes, red onion,"
