"Made this for Thanksgiving but never got around to writing a review until now. Had many rave reviews on this recipe. I did not use the chestnuts since they are quite costly so substituted sauteed mushrooms. I did use the pancetta which was lovely but I am going to try using the bacon next time as the pancetta can be costly as well. Otherwise, I made this recipe as is and it definitely is a keeper.
