Reviewed Chicken Stir-Fry
"I wanted an easy stir fry recipe but was skeptical that this would be bland, though it had all the necessary basics. So I marinated the chicken in soy sauce and dark sesame oil, replaced the powdered ginger with grated fresh, and added some extra hoisin, dark sesame oil and a big dollop of chili garlic sauce at the end. It was fabulous this way. I used only 1 lb of chicken and just broccoli, shiitakes and an onion, and didn't have too much sauce."
