For the easiest clean up, I just use the single-use aluminum/foil pans from the baking aisle available in any store.

Half and half has a lower fat content. The lower the fat, the more likely it is to break down. (Heavy cream has over 3x the fat as half and half) ...it obviously costs more, but for dishes like this you should ALWAYS use the real deal. It will make the difference between good, and OMG I have to have this recipe. ????

These were delicious!! The only thing I did differently was use marinara sauce instead of spaghetti sauce. I doctored it up and let it simmer and the threw in the meatballs. Also, I don';t like crunchy sandwiches so I left them open face and put them under the broiler to melt the spread and brown the inside of the bun. I then put the meatballs...
