My Activity

Reviewed Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Cookies

"Amazing. I made these about 3 weeks ago and froze about 3/4 of them. They're still in my freezer and I eat them whenever I'm feeling a craving...soooooo just about every night. My boyfriend LOVES them. The best thing is that you probably already have most of the ingredients in your pantry already. I'm making another batch tomorrow :)

Reviewed Lemon Chicken Soup with Spaghetti

"Yummy! ... but I thought it tasted significantly better the first day than the second when reheated. Definitely a recipe I will try again, but will probably cut it in half so I don't have leftovers that I'll just end up throwing out.

Reviewed Aloha L.A. Cocktail

"Eh...not the best tropical drink I've had. I think what bothered me is the chunks of pineapple; it made the drink kind of stringy..yuck. Maybe it would be better with just fresh pineapple juice? Either way, I probably won't be making this again.

Reviewed Turkey and Cranberry Ravioli

"I stumbled upon this recipe one day and thought it sounded so gross. I then watched Giada make it on TV and thought, "Wow.. that actually doesn't look that bad" (since Giada can make anything look delicious). I figured I'd give it a shot since my boyfriend loves ravioli. AMAZING!! Giada knocked this one out of the park - The sauce is what makes it. The ravioli would probably be a bit boring on its own, but with the sauce on top, I didn't want to stop eating it. With a side salad and some crusty bread..yum! Will definitely be making this again, probably around Thanksgiving time.

Reviewed Tomato Fennel Salad

"This recipe made me realize how much I hate fennel. That anise/licorice flavor is unbearable. Next!

Reviewed Spaghetti with Olives and Bread Crumbs

"My boyfriend hates this dish, but I love it! I love olives and could eat them in anything, so that probably has something to do with it, but I also love how it's vegetarian and still very hearty. I think it's so neat how all it takes is some pasta water to make a yummy creamy sauce! Very yummy in my opinion, but it looks like I'll only be making it for myself in the future.

Reviewed Mini Mushroom-and-Sausage Quiches

"So freakin good! They're so cute - small enough to pop in your mouth and even great reheated the next day. I added more mushrooms because I am a mushroom fanatic. They are amazing and great for breakfast, brunch/lunch, or dinner!

Reviewed Penne with Spinach Sauce

"WAAAAAAY too much garlic. I would probably only use about a clove in the future and keep the other measurements the same. I wish I could comment on something other than the garlic, but it was so overpowering, it was really all I could taste :(
