Reviewed Celery Root Remoulade

"Why do people who dislike a TV personality so much, watch them and then feel the need to insult. Don't they realize how foolish they look? Talk about needing attention. If you don't like Melissa or any other personality, stop watching and leave your bitterness to yourself or better yet, take a long look at ourselves and try to figure out what is wrong with you!

Reviewed Bulgur-Stuffed Summer Vegetables

"This was a wonderful recipe. Never tried bulgur before but will definitely be using again. Loved the nutty flavor. Only thing I changed was substitute Italian parsley for tarragon because I am not a fan. My husband loved this recipe as well. Love to find new ways for veggies and this was a starch and vegetable all in one. Served with grilled pork tenderloin. It was a perfect side dish. Thanks Melissa. Your recipes are always winners.
