Reviewed Honey Mustard Pretzel-Coated Chicken Fingers

These were SO good. I wasn't sure how mashed the pretzels were supposed to be, so for half I did completely blended pretzels and the other half I did a little larger. My family liked the chicken with the larger sized pretzel pieces better. I put a little more sugar than neccasary and it turned out great. What a success!"

Reviewed Chicken Fingers With Curried Ketchup

In my opinion, this chicken recipe was a little bland. The chicken itself turned out perfectly cooked, but panko has little flavor. I would suggest mixing more cumin in to the panko mixture.
As for the ketchup, I thought more lime and curry powder should be added for a bolder taste. "
