Reviewed Sigrid's Carrot Cake
"Very Rich!!! Yummy cake!!! I added one teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice to the cake mixture along with the cinnamon. For the frosting, I toasted the pecans and I added zest from a mandarin orange. This recipe is definitely a keeper."
I work in Oral Surgery, though my passion is cooking/baking. I love to try new recipes and bake from scratch. Watching the Food Network inspires me to cook!!!
I love to bake cookies, cakes, cupcakes, brownies, tarts, basically anything that challenges me. I like to cook Indian food, Chinese, Thai and Italian. My favorite restaurant is Hawk's in Granite Bay. It's above and beyond my skill level of cooking.
