Excellent! Made the cakes twice; made six servings using heaping 1/3 cup of mixture. Servings were fine-along with Caprese salad and corn on the cob. Didn't make into sandwiches, but will at some point. It is well worth it to make fresh tarta sauce. Don't forget to plack on rack, in fridge for one hour to set before cooking. Very important."
