My Activity
Reviewed Gnocchi With Squash and Kale
"Followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great! Will definitely make again, good easy vegetarian dish! "
Reviewed Meatloaf with Mustard and Sour Cream Gravy
"This meatloaf is awesome! I decided to make a lighter version by using ground turkey and chicken sausage and omitting the bacon, it turned out great! Don't skip the gravy, it's worth it!""
Reviewed Asparagus Soup with Herbed Goat Cheese
"Few ingredients and an easy to make delicious soup. I made it exactly as instructed and it turned out thick, hearty and delicious. I might try adding in a little garlic with the leek next time, looking forward to making this again.""
Reviewed Individual Vegetable Lasagnas
"Pretty good healthier version of lasagna, and the beans were such a nice touch, they gave the lasagna a nice creamy texture without all the ricotta. I also made this in a big pan instead of individual ramekins, and it turned out just fine. "
Reviewed Grilled Cheese
"Was expecting a bit more. I like the bacon/apple/cheese combo, but the bacon just added too much fatty flavor to the already dense grilled cheese. If I use this recipe again, I'll do just cheddar and apple.
Reviewed Mexican Chicken Soup
"I really wasn't feeling this soup the first night I made it. I was on a budget and skipped all the toppings and subsequently it was a little boring, even after I had thrown in corn and green chiles to give it a little more flavor. But when I had leftovers two nights later this soup had really come into its own, and tasted great. If you can, I'd recommend making this a day or two ahead of when you'd like to serve it. Also, be sure to stir this soup frequently, the tortillas can easily burn on the bottom of the pot.
