Reviewed Carrot and Pineapple Cake
"Absolutly deliciouse and moist,!!! Made this cake in three 8inch cake pans and added one cup of coconut one 20oz can of crushed pinapple that i drained and saved the juice then rehydrated the raisins in the pineapple juice.... This recipe does make a huge cake... I will definitely Be making this cake for Easter this year :)""
