"Would give this 10 stars if I could. Probably the best meal I've ever made. I had company over when I made it, and they all said it was worthy of being sold at an expensive restaurant. I halved the recipe and it was still PLENTY. I used half a bottle of wine (so basically what the recipe calls for) and it was not too strong. I think key is letting""
