"I just made this recipe for lunch and although the sandwich is tasty and a great way to use up the holiday left overs I thought that the arugula needed a bit of acid to balance out the flavors. Next time I will most likely use a light vinegarette on the greens and give it a bit more zip."

"Applause, Applause, Applause!!! I recently made this after my husband watched Guy make it and since it is just we two we had alot left but not to fret, it freezes and reheats really well and probably tastes better than the first time around as with most Italian food. Thanks Guy, this was fabulous."
"I am struggling to give this 1 star. The only interesting flavor was the bread crumbs which added some texture to glop. It's back to the drawing board and onto some other recipe. Don't waste your time or your ingredients."
