Reviewed Figs with Ricotta, Pistachio, and Honey

Great combination, but I couldn't get the right amount of honey topping, so I ended up mixining it into the ricotta to get an even amount in each. I also added a little salt to cut the sweetness and bring out the flavor of the cheese. Finally I mixed in more nuts with the cheese. So yummy and pretty!""
