Reviewed Sweet Corn Pudding
"I loved this recipe. Very easy to make, and I used canned corn verses off the cob. It does need to cook longer than what called for. I forgot to tell our guests that it may have a kick to it, so it was very interesting at the table, listening to the descriptions. Next time, I will make a double batch, it was a very popular dish, with no left overs.
