"Loved these cookies. Used about 7 bags of earl gray finely ground tea by the Republic of Tea. They were crumbly and melt in your mouth. Loved them and would definitely make them again. The only other thing I did differently was that I cooked for only 11 mins. In my oven, 12 minutes scorched the bottoms. :( Thanks, Claire!"

"Only made the shredded beef but I loved it!! Served it with "arepas". So delicious. Time consuming but super easy to make. My boyfriend doesn't like onions, garlic, or jalapenos so I just threw them in whole (actually, i cut them all in half and took the seeds out of the jalapeno and then took the chunks out at the end. Really gave the food flavor"

If you are using pre-made crusts I suggest you get 2 or three. The recipe makes way more than 1 pie if you are not making your own crust!
