Reviewed Chocolate Cupcakes with Ganache and Marshmallow Frosting
"Good Flavor, but that is where it ends!!! The batter was extremely watery and that is after only using 1/2 cup of water rather than 1 cup. Cupcakes fell in the middle and they stuck to the wrapper.
