Reviewed Blueberry Scones with Lemon Glaze

"Dangerously delicious, easy and aaaamazing. Taste as good if not better than the ones I purchase at my favorite coffee house.

Because I wanted a true glaze vs. an icing I only used 1/4 cup of confectionery sugar and cut the lemon juice and butter in half (and still had left overs).

Will make again."

"I have made this many times and it is fantabulous.... It never lasts.""

Reviewed Brined, Herb Roasted Turkey

"This tasted just like a regular roasted turkey. Tasty but not spectacular. Maybe based on all of the 5 star ratings my expectations were too high? I did not make the broth or the gravy because the turkey generated natural juices.""

Reviewed Crab and Ricotta Cannelloni

"Made this dish and it was disappointing. I made 4 servings and it was expensive to make and just okay. The egg yoke(s) make it very rich and you have to be careful not to over mix everything so your lump crab can hold it's consistency. The picture displayed doesn't really show the Bechamel Sauce which is what threw me as I baked it the prescribed ""

Reviewed Buttermilk Cheddar Biscuits

"Soprano Tone...aaaaaamazing! I didn't have cheddar so I used finely shredded parmasean and used 3/4 cup of whole buttermilk as some others suggested. I also did not sprinkle salt on top. I loved these and more importantly my kids did too.

p.s. I do weight watchers so I made them smaller and round - this recipe yielded about 2 dozen cheddar bisc""

Reviewed Easy Rice Bake Casserole

"This was excellent. Only used a total of 2 cups of shredded cheddar so it wasn't as cheesy as the picture. Also substituted EVOO to saute onions and sprayed pan with olive oil cooking spray. It doesn't appear to be kid friendly. My 9 year old son was sad when he sat down to eat. I will make again for adult dinner guests.""

Reviewed Buttermilk Baked Chicken

"Great healthier alternative. Made this for our book club. Was looking for foods featured in the book The Help. It was tasty. I put the corn flakes and cheese in food processor like another reviewer suggested and it worked well. Gave 4 stars vs. 5 only because I don't recall part of the instructions saying to oil or spray your rack so the chicken s""
