Reviewed Lazy Chiles Rellenos
"I've made this twice -- once as written and once without the water bath. Both were excellent, with wonderful texture but we liked the little bit of crust around the edges in the no water bath version. BTW, both took a bit longer then suggested to cook, even with the hot water bath. Benefits from allowing to sit at least 10 minutes before cutting a"
Reviewed Spinach Loaf
"We loved it! We're in Yuma so have access to fresh spinach year round and are always looking for new ways to use it. Moist and delicious, the texture of the spinach mixture was "fluffy", similar to spinach souffle (although MUCH easier to make, with a wonderful "crust" of parmasean cheese on top. The eggs were a wonderful surprise that we all love"
Reviewed Soul Rolls
"I'm disappointed. On the show, Coolio said he dipped the wrappers in a mixture of egg and milk to help them stick together. Recipe doesn't include this step/indicate what the mixture should be.""
Reviewed Spicy Pop Pulled Pork
"This was so easy and so good! Loved that I could throw some things together in the pan and then forget about it for six hours. Loved even more that after pulling the pork I could let it sit until halftime (nothing worse than having to time a meal to the game!) Nice heat -- but not too spicy. Everyone here says it was definitely a touchdown!""
Reviewed Fried Chicken and Buttermilk Waffles
"Chicken was much easier to do than I had expected! Waffles were great, too! Can't imagine someone saying that the batter was too thick -- unless they had problems with measurements. But, of course that would be a personal problem rather than a recipe issue.

Reviewed Jamie's Coconut Cake
"Love it! I'm one who usually bakes from mixes. Found this one because I was asked to bake a cake for a friends birthday and his favorite (since childhood is coconut cake. His comment? This was the best coconut cake I've ever eaten! I've baked it twice and both times heard comments like, "the best cake I've had in years" and "your cake was the star of the party!" I use a basic buttercream to frost it because we're not crazy about the 7 minute version. Only change I made was to use coconut milk in the filling (just because the canned cocounut milk I use has enough to use it for the cake, filling and icing. No sense letting it go to waste!
