"This was really delicious. My friend cannot eat pork though, so I swapped in crumbled apple chicken sausage. With some cayenne and maple glaze (from the chicken recipe) drizzled over it, it is extremely comforting, especially on a cooler night! It is also really good with some poached or fried eggs on top!""
