"Absolutely delicious! Tossed some broccoli into the pan (with a little water) after taking the shrimp out...let it "steam" a bit, and then tossed it all together with the parmesan and it was perfect. Loved the bright color and flavor of the barely steamed broccoli...and the broccoli definitely benefited from the garlic, etc.! High recommend!""

Reviewed Whiskey-Glazed Sweet Potatoes
"Loved this! Definitely the best sweet potato dish I've ever eaten. Even my two teens loved it. I used granny smith apples and scotch whiskey and followed the recipe exactly...except that I peeled the sweet potatoes before realizing I was supposed to bake them first, so I wrapped each one in foil and they roasted beautifully. My husband had picked up the agave nectar earlier in the week after we watched the show so we had all the ingredients! Yummy!
