This recipe was really good, but it was the best banana nut bread I have ever had with my ADJUSTMENTS. I can't post my whole review here, because of the character limit. I can't post my whole review here, because of the character limit. This recipe was really good, but it was the best banana nut bread I have ever had with my ADJUSTMENTS. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean. Cool the bread in the pan on a wire rack at least 5 minutes before cutting. Wrap in plastic wrap when bread has cooled completely. The banana bread is best if served the next day. "
