"I am a good southern cook and I can bake just about anything...my one and only challenge is pie crust...I have NEVER been successful in making pie crust...I have made a many that turned into trash cans or made dumplings out of -- until this recipe! I aced it today! Thank you for sharing your recipe! I saw it on the Top Ten today and then I went and looked this up and I finally made pie crust I am proud of!!! I am in my mid fifties and I have baked and cooked since I was very young so this is a really big deal for me!
