Reviewed Antipasto Sausage Skewers

Yum! Thanks for the make-ahead tip by previous reviewer (assemble skewers then reward sausage right before assembly). I used 1/2 spicy suasage & 1/2 sun dried tom/basil sausage and subbed goat cheese for the artichoke heart. I loved the spicy one but all were gobbled up and e/o asked what was on the skewer.
