“GREAT family recipe!! I have made this recipe a couple of times and followed the directions exactly. This time I used boneless skinless chicken thighs only. Left out the capers and prosciutto and used green pitted olives instead. I also added a can of tomatoes sauce instead of the wine and mushrooms.
