Reviewed Broiled Salmon with Herb Mustard Glaze

Delicious! I made this last night with 1.25 lbs of salmon, cut into 4 servings before cooking. I halved the recipe for the sauce and had just the right amount to spread on 4 fillets. I did not use the food processor because I don't have a small one. I whisked the ingredients together and it worked fine. The broiler in my gas oven is not very hot,"
