Reviewed Rum Raisin Bread Pudding

"This ends our Christmas Eve and Easter Sunday's dinner. Taken out right of the oven it hardly stays on the table.
For the kids I just use imitation rum. The taste doesn't seem to be compromised.

Reviewed Eggplant and Oyster Dressing

"I started making this quite a few years ago and absolutely love it. It isn't for everyone though because it does have a heavier texture to it due to the eggs and cream. But the cayenne (which I add more off and less of the oysters) makes this a favorite of mine and my daughter.

I've also tried it w/o the oysters and liked it even more.
