Great Fall recipe, especially if you're looking for something "clean" and healthy. I added 2 cups of sour cream and in hindsight, I would've added some corn to the chili mixture and not as much nutmeg to the whipped potatoes. The recipe calls for "nutmeg to taste" and unfortunately, I'm not really sure what that means. You could definitely tast...
