"This my new "go to" recipe for mac n'cheese! Absolutely marvelous. I used half smoked cheddar and half sharp cheddar for the cheeses. Works well with black and tan beer. To guild the lilly, you could use some of the bacon from the BLT to crumble over the top or integrate into the bread crumb topping!""

"I made this for our Sunday lunch and was it ever good! I cut corners by using jarred Hoisin sauce instead of preparing the bbq sauce Sandra made. Easy and delicious! Used slider rolls too.""

Reviewed Smoked Salmon
"I just finished smoking a salmon filet using my stovetop smoker. WOW!!! I followed the advice of other reviewers and cut the salt in the cure by 1/2. Also added garlic powder and onion powder to the cure. Topped the filet with cracked white and black peppercorns and presto---the perfect smoked salmon. YUMMY.
Love the Food Network! Had the chance to go on their inaugural cruise (Celebrity Solstice) this past August of 2010!
