"This is the best penne vodka recipe!! You use a lot of vodka, but putting it in the oven for 1 1/2 hours actually make this sauce 'fabulous!' I have tried others, but I have finally found my permanent KEEPER."
About Me
I do love to cook and try different recipes. As I have gotten older, I am a grandma, I find sticking to a long recipe tedious. BUT...if my family gives it 5 stars...it becomes worth it. We do tend to lean towards Italian, but if something else hits me, I will try it. My main interests are Dinners. Sometimes I get energetic and make desserts and appetizers. My favorite recipes seem to come from Mario, Lydia, Ina, Giada & Tyler. Yes, they seem like my dependable 'friends.'
