Delicious! I did add 1/3c of panko breadcrumb and I formed the patties and refrigerated for a couple hours before frying! Tasty! Will be making them again for sure!

Very good will defiantly be making it again but it was a bit salty I think next time I'll do what others commented on which is to use less soy sauce and a bit more beef broth and maybe a little less ginger otherwise delicious. I also cooked the broccoli for about three minutes

Absolutely! Delicious!!! I have made this recipe many time and I've even substituted the chorizo for homemade mole. I've also used Iberico cheese when I didn't have Machego. Seasoning your chicken with salt and pepper is a given ppl.

I added shallots minced garlic and smoked paprika while melting the butter and olive oil.
I also cooked at 425 for 1 hr before adding the cheese. Fanning the potatoes before putting them into the citrus water helps them fan better later cause it helps wash away some of the starch."
