Reviewed Portobello Mushroom Lasagna

Fabulous lasagna. I served this yesterday at a brunch and everyone thought it was delicious. I made a couple of changes though. Sauteed some spinach. Also,cooked some thin sliced onion with butter, salt and sugar to carmalize, then added a little white wine. Also added some ricotta and shredded mozzarella. It was truly a hit. Thanks Ina."
