Fabulous! I used less broth, did not have parsley so when serving topped with chopped green onions including the tops & a dollop of sour cream. In main recipe also added some Bob's Red Mill quinoa & hulled hemp seed.

Loved this recipe and it was super at our Super Bowl party although a bit messy to eat. It's excellent as a cold leftover the next day.
