I agree with Kfurler also. It really annoys me when people give a low rating after they make changes. I have used several of Ree's recipes and they have all been amazing.

Sounds like you got a bad piece of meat. Might want to shop somewhere else.

I don't understand why you would only give it 4 stars when you altered the recipe. Cooking a roast for 9 hours? Of course it is going to be too tender. If you can find a recipe better than this one I would love to see it.

This recipe definitely has the right title. I made this tonight and it was so delicious. I think the people that gave this one star did something wrong. They shouldn't even rate the recipe. I took everything out of the dutch oven and brought the juice to a boil and stirred in corn starch mixed with water. It made the best gravy ever! My husband...

Amazing treat!! I wish that people would follow the recipe exactly and then leave a review. When a recipe calls for BUTTER it does not mean MARGARINE. Two completely different ingredients. Margarine is almost 50% water. It is no wonder that your crackers came out soggy. Also, why do some of you have to leave nasty little comments? If your...

This was the first time that I have ever made Yorkshire Pudding. It was so beautiful when I took it out of the oven. It looked just like Claire's. It was delicious. A nice substitute for potatoes. They were light and fluffy and a pretty golden brown. This is one of the easiest recipes I have ever made. A must try!""

I don't know why people always change the recipe and then leave a review for this recipe? I thought that Claire's recipe was amazing! It was easy to make and soooo delicious. If you are having trouble getting the dark caramel color then you should try using a heavier sauce pan. Mine came out beautiful and I use a very heavy pan that I have. I...

This apple crisp was the best that I have ever had. I can't believe that anyone would give it anything less than 5 stars. The apple filling was very moist and the topping was very crispy. I loved the pecans in it. What a great flavor they add. I followed the directions to the letter and everyone loved it. I will be using this recipe again an"
