This is a great recipe. Mine cracked on the top but I spread the Ganache all on the top and no one knew the difference but me. I did not put the cinnamon in the crust because I am not a fan of cinnamon and chocolate. I will certainly make it again. By the way, I love to watch Ina's show!"

This is a great Cheesecake. My only problem was the cheesecake did have cracks but the Ganache spread over the top ( I did not just drizzle ) covered it up and believe me the cracks did not hurt the taste and with it covered on top with the ganache no one knew but me. I will certainly make it again."

I tried this recipe with great expectations today. First off 10 tablespoons of butter was way too much. I had to throw that away and start over. I also found that trying to caramelize the milk at 300 degrees for 1&1/2 hours is not enough. I looked up the Eagle Brand Condensed Milk instructions for it and it say to use a 425 degree oven for 1-"
