"This carrot cake is delicious... when I saw the episode I said I had to try it out...had a Three Kings Day party coming up the next day so I made it... it was a hit!! Everyone loved it. It was super easy to make and it came out really moist and with a beautiful color... the frosting was the perfect combination. "
