Reviewed Spicy Macaroni and Cheese
"Best macaroni and cheese I ever ate, and easy to make -- Thick and creamy, plenty of cheesy goodness. The croutons on top were a very good idea. I never thought I would like "spicy" mac and cheese, the warmth of the pepper jack and cayenne were a wonderful surprise. Actually next time I think I want just a little more warmth.

"This was absolutley perfect; first meal I ever made from Claire. Will defo do it again. My guest doesn't eat sweet potatoess at all, and he scarfed them down and wanted more. Found the hangar steak at Whole Foods, no other buthcer carries it near me. And OMG, the salad with goat cheese! I used Chevre, and what a lovely lovely choice. Guest doesn't do goat cheese either, but scarfed that down too and aksed for a take home piece. Now what will I make next from Claire's recipe chest?"
