Reviewed Flour's Famous Banana Bread
I made a double batch, which fit in 3 small loaf pans.
I didn't have sour cream, so I used yogurt, and it seemed to work well!
Even though things usually cook quickly in my electric oven, this took about an hour and 5 minutes to fully cook inside (when I would have expected more like 40 minutes).
Definitely don't forget to toast the walnuts first, because that's part of what makes it so good!
