Tastes just as good with all wheat flour and stevia instead of sugar. I found that the dough was way too wet with all that milk and had to add more flour, so you may want to add a little at a time and see what works. I made a double batch, which fit in 3 small loaf pans.
I didn't have sour cream, so I used yogurt, and it seemed to work well!
Even though things usually cook quickly in my electric oven, this took about an hour and 5 minutes to fully cook inside (when I would have expected more like 40 minutes).
