Just made this and had a few minor adj since I didn't have all the ingrediants... All in all it was very tasty!!!
My adjustments---
Added green peppers and onions..
Doubled the sauce!
Used flour instead of corn starch,
used honey instead of sugar
Used Oyster sauce ~3 tbs

Looks good, and the candy bark was extremely difficult to make and it also made a mess. What is the best way to clean up your pan after making the candy bark? My candy bark set up so quickly that I could barely get my candy on it and my candy didn't stick well even though I tried pressing them in. The ice cream cake was easy part but not the candy...
