Reviewed Shellfish and Chicken Paella with Saffron Rice Chorizo and Green Peas

This was the not only the first time, I tasted it, but it ws the first time that I made it. It was amazing. I adjusted the seafood by using 1 lb of shrimp and 1 lb of scallops, and 1 cup of grilled corn, sliced off the cob. There were no clams or mussels available. It was expensive to make, but well worth it. Kids loved it!""
