Absolutely WONDERFUL! The only modifications I made to the recipe were using the whites only of 2 eggs; adding 1/4 cup plain, low fat yogurt, and using the juice & zest of the whole lemon. The cake turned out so light and moist! I served it with light whipped topping instead of frosting. Easy on the waistline AND super yummy!"

Fabulous! I don't even add sugar. The condensed milk makes it sweet enough for me, and I have a serious sweet tooth. Taste YUMMY with cinnamon sticks too! I'm going to try vanilla beans next.
