Reviewed creamy shrimp and dill wedge salad

Very nice! All the flavors really blended well - nothing was too overpowering, but all were very clear! Nicely done, Miss Sunny!

This was very nice. Simple and tasty - a little messy though."

Very nice! I switched out the asparagus and mushrooms for snow peas and cabbage because that's what we had, and it was lovely. I stir fried the whole thing and it was a relatively healthy and surprisingly filling dinner!"

Surprisingly rich and satisfying considering that it really has less than one cup of dairy in the whole recipe. We had leftovers today with grilled pepper-jack cheese sandwiches on sourdough. Perfect!"

Oh my goodness! I used Hot Italian sausage and a red bell pepper. That filling is DELICIOUS. The bread cubes makes it almost creamy. Definitely a keeper."

I have been making my own hummus for about 10 years, and when I discovered this recipe I knew I'd struck gold. My husband said it was the best batch of hummus we'd ever had. Fabulous.

Mmmmm. We did leave the tilapia in the lime juice closer to an hour (just because my husband wasn't ready for dinner yet), and it was very tasty. I think we will use the leftovers in scrambled eggs in the morning!"

Very nice. It let the taste of the green beans shine through, but wasn't bland at all. Nice."

I have made several rib recipes (even Alton's others) before, and this one was the tastiest and easiest of his. The meat was tender and pulled easily off the bone, and with 1/8 extra cayenne in the sauce and cutting the ribs at the end into 1 rib portions for more sauce coverage.... perfect. Honestly, worth the effort."

I have made this cake several times now to wow friends, and it never lets me down. I must admit that I have never made the icing. I just whipped some heavy cream with some powdered sugar to stabilize it. This cake is so good in a shallow bowl with a little cold milk poured in the bottom. Heaven!!!

Reviewed Lamb Braised in New Zealand Cabernet Sauvignon with Kumara

This was really yummy on a cold night. I did serve it with regular mashed potatoes, but I am sure the other would be lovely, too. The lamb was buttery tender and the veggies were sweet and soft. Well worth the effort. ( I cut up everything the night before, then put it together the next afternoon.)

Okay, seriously?! Wow. What a unique spin on an original. Fantastic. Lemon, cinnamon, and crushed red pepper - brilliant. I didn't cook the chicken in the soup because I had some leftover grilled thighs, so I used chicken broth, but wow.
