Reviewed Grilled Swordfish with Lemon, Mint and Basil

I didnt have fresh basil as this was a last minute decision. So I used a tsp. of dried basil and added two tablespoons of fresh ginger finely diced. It was excellent. Every ingredient could be detected and the EVOO was a perfect partner for the swordfish. The bride gave me two thumbs up, to use and old expression. "
