"I just made this for my hubby and he loved it! I added 2 things to the recipe but didn't take away anything from it. 1. When I made my stock, I happened to have some shrimp shells in the freezer so I added that to the stock and 2. When I did the roux I added white wine to the pot first and then added the stock. AMAZING!"
Reviewed Breakfast Sausage
"This is a super easy and super delicious recipe. I made this for dinner tonight (breakfast for dinner) and my husband and kids just loved it. Please use fresh herbs instead of substituting them for dried; I really think it makes all the difference. This was my first time making sausage and I think I will stick with this recipe for the future. "

"These are really really really good! I am a bodybuilder so my diet is VERY restricted so this was definitley a nice treat away from my boring egg whites and oatmeal every morning. Thank you for this recipe."

I didn't have ricotta so I just had the cream cheese filling and they still came out wonderful. ""

The kicker for me was instead of just plain chicken broth, I bought a Thai curry chicken broth that I found in the international section at my grocery store. It was a chicken sto""
