I made this Sunday and it was very easy. I lighten it up a bit by using skinless/boneless chicken breast. They came out tender and tasty.

You add it with the veggies, olive oil, and lemon to marinate 3 - 4 hours.

I liked these cookies and they do work better with a tsp size scoop. I used too big of a scoop at first and was surprised how much they spread. I did exchange 1 tsp kosher salt instead of using 1.5 tsp of reg. salt. I liked the little extra pop of coarse salt and the taste of the malt was a nice touch.
